Performance Management Process
Reviews are conducted by the manager with the employee present. Collectively the team assesses the employee's performance against expected objectives at the scheduled end of the performance period. Together, they establish new objectives for the next performance period.

Planning starts with you and your employee reviewing overall expectations by:
-
Collaborating on the development of performance objectives.
-
Update individual development goals.
-
Develop a performance plan that directs the employee's efforts toward achieving specific results to support organizational excellence and employee success.
Check-in meeting consists of discussing goals and objectives throughout the yearly performance period. This provides a framework to ensure employees achieve results through coaching and mutual feedback.
The evaluated performance level during the evaluation will be used for justifying personnel actions relative to promotion, transfer and salary adjustments through the company’s salary administration program. The prime considerations in the performance appraisal are to enhance overall performance and develop meaningful communication between the employee and his/her supervisor.
